However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by adjusting your preferences in your account settings.
3. Description of Service
Text to Tabletop provides AI-powered image generation tools for creating tabletop role-playing game maps. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to generate content that involves:
- Child exploitation or sexual abuse material.
- Promotion of violence or hatred.
- Illegal acts or goods.
- Real people's private information without consent.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the maps you generate using our service, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI models. We claim no ownership over your generated content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
